Please note the amount of shooting coverage that you have selected. We usually start at the same time as your photographer.
Recommended amount of of coverage: 1 - 1.5 hour (Groom's details + Getting Dressed + Letter Reading) Note: We usually film the groom first and film the bride right after. We film together to capture multiple angles at the same time.

Please note that we need to arrive at the Ceremony location at least 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the Ceremony.
Are there any specific traditions/parts of the ceremony that we should know about? (e.g. Unity Candle, Communion, Washing of feet, etc.) Will you be writing your own vows? Can we put a lavalier microphone on the groom and the officiant to record audio? Will the ceremony venue provide microphones/sound system? If so, is there a sound technician/DJ available to help us connect to the mixer? Are there any filming restrictions/guidelines at the ceremony location that we should know about?
We will be working alongside your photographer during this time to capture footages of you and your wedding party. Please note that you are responsible to obtain photo/video permits if required. Recommended amount of coverage: 1.5 - 2 hours
Please note that we need to arrive at the Reception location at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the program to setup our equipment and film reception details. We would need to connect our recording devices to your DJ's sound board to capture audio for the speeches.
What is the overall vibe/theme of your wedding reception? Are there any special/surprise performances that we should know about? When will you have your first dance? Will there be toasts given during the reception? If so, approximately what time will this happen? How many guests are you expecting? Can we setup our lighting equipment during the reception? Do you plan on having a send-off/grand exit?

Please provide us with BOTH the names and contact information of your Photographer and DJ. We would like to get in touch with them prior to the wedding since we will be closely working with them when we film your wedding day. Please list all your other vendor information here as well such as the officiant, florist, decor, band, cake, hair/make-up artist, planner/coordinator, caterer, etc. We want to make sure we give proper credit to your vendors when we post on our website and social media.

Please note that we have the creative control when selecting the music for your wedding film. However, if you do have suggestions, we will consider the genre/style of music that you like or any song suggestions that you may have. We license all the music we use for our films. If we cannot obtain a music license, we cannot use it.
